Pass a professional skills test to demonstrate sufficient competence for doing gigs. The test includes questions about safe goods handling, securing loads, and customer service. Create a business ID
Register your business activity by applying for a Business ID. Creating a Business ID in OmaVero costs €0. You need the ID for invoicing and for applying for a transport license. We assist you through the entire process: we help you fill out the forms and advise you on choosing the appropriate form of business. Log in to OmaVero.

You need a goods transport permit when the total mass of the vehicle or combination is more than 2,500 kg and up to 3,500 kg. The permit is applied for from Traficom and the electronic application costs €65. Without a permit, you can do most single-room apartment moves driven with a car with a cargo space of less than 12m³.

Get insurance
You need general liability insurance, which saves you from larger compensation claims in the event of damage. The insurance costs about 10-20 € per month depending on the number of gigs. You can get the insurance directly through us after passing the moving test.
